A dance piece about the Body as sedimentation of memories, images, missed acts.
Digital devices on the stage are witnesses, bodily surrogates, facilitators of a useful distance from where to see oneself. RE_PLAY explores the pairs Distance/Absence and Proximity/Presence through the reenactment of virtual and real memories, pulled out from a personal digital archive of Ranieri’s last two years.

Inspired by the same subject matters investigated in the stage work, in 2021 born the short digital film WIRELESS CONNECTION.
Thanks to the collaboration of the videomakers collective DIANE this digital project has been awarded by Interplay StillDigital/21 for :
